It works okay overall, but the battery really doesn’t last as long as I thought it would. I also got annoyed having to go through verification more than once just to use it. Not the worst, but definitely a bit frustrating

My order did show up a bit late, which was frustrating. It was packed fine and nothing was damaged, so I appreciate that, but it’s only fair to expect things to arrive when promised or at least get a heads-up if there’s a delay

I’d say it’s worth the money overall. It’s not perfect, and there are a couple things I’m not totally sure about yet, but for the price, I’m happy with it

I’ve been using my thermacell out on the patio, it does a really good job keeping the mosquitoes away. I’m usually already mentally drained by the end of the day, so not having to sit there swatting bugs the whole time is a big relief.
My only real complaint is the refill cost. They seem to run out faster than I expected, and if you use it often, the price starts to add up before you realize it.
Overall, I’m still happy with it and would keep using it. I just wish the refills were a little cheaper, or at least came in bigger packs so it didn’t feel like one more thing to constantly deal with

I’ll give it credit, it actually does help keep the bugs away, which is more than I can say for a lot of these things. The only catch is the fuel and mats seem to run out way faster than I expected, so I’m replacing them often. It works fine, just not exactly cheap to keep using.

It works fine if you're dealing with smaller areas and I didn't really have any major issues using it, but the coverage could definitely be better because once you try to use it on a bigger space you start to notice it doesn't go as far as you'd hope...

It does cut down on the smoke, so that part is good. But there’s this kind of odd smell when using it, which I wasn’t really expecting..

I’ve been using my Thermacell out on the patio the last few nights, it works. It really works. Normally I’m getting bitten like crazy within 10 minutes, but with this on, I could actually sit outside and relax. No strong smell, no sticky spray mess, nothing like that. So far, I’m happy with it. Happy.

It works fine, but lugging it around gets old fast.

The site was easy to use overall, and I found what I was looking for without too much hassle. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated because I’m always a little nervous about getting tricked by confusing pricing or some weird surprise at the end.

The only thing that bothered me was that a few pages loaded kind of slowly, and some product details felt tucked away where I had to go looking for them. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I would’ve felt more confident if everything was a bit clearer and smoother

I’ve had my Thermacell for over a year now, and it’s been tossed in the truck, taken camping, and just left out on the porch plenty of times. It still works like it did when I first got it. Nothing has cracked or fallen apart, which is more than I can say for some other stuff I’ve bought. I’m just happy with how well it’s held up.

I had this little issue with my Thermacell order and wasn’t really expecting much when I reached out. But their customer service got back to me quickly and helped get it all sorted without turning it into this whole thing. They were friendly and easy to deal with, which made me feel a lot better about ordering from them again.
